Céline For The Soul

Ask me what my most prized possession is and I’d say my Céline Micro Luggage Handbag in Black Drummed Calfskin. Ever since I became spellbound by the world of expensive goods and designer name brands, I knew I needed to get my hands on one of those bad boys.

Because of my tiny frame, I always had my sights set on the Micro because the Mini looked too big on my arm. I also needed (yes, needed) the handbag in all black. My entire wardrobe is basically all black and I had never owned a black bag.. Weird, I know.  Now, this bag, in that color, is incredibly hard to find. I saw it once in Las Vegas but let’s  Continue reading

Waffle Magic!

So, I have a serious sweet tooth… Desserts are my favorite.

I was scrolling through the Instagram explore page and came across a picture of a waffle loaded with all of the sugary sweets that I love. I thought to myself, “I need that in my tummy, right now.” This drool-worthy waffle is created at Waffle Magic right in West Babylon, NY. I decided to take my boyfriend’s little sister, Brianna (she’s 10 years old), with me and surprise her. We arrived at Waffle Magic and the place looked like heaven on earth. Not only did this place have waffles, it offered frozen yogurt, a

Must Have Moisturizer

I’m a Sephora fanatic! I’ve tried it all.. Bought it all. I’m currently VIB Rouge status which means I spend enough money at Sephora to be a top-tier member (I apologize to my bank account often).

I have blemish free skin, always have. I have dry skin but by the end of the day, my face can get a tad oily. I’ve tried many different moisturizers to sustain the perfect balance and I’ve found the holy grail: Tidal by Sunday Riley. If you can get past the $65.00 price tag, it’s totally worth it. This moisturizer is very lightweight, as it is considered a water Continue reading

Cloud 9

On Sunday, August 7th, my boyfriend and I celebrated our 7 year anniversary. Yes, I know… A long time. We’ve been together since our Junior year of high school.

We decided to make it special and venture into New York City for the day.  We ate brunch in the Meatpacking District at Dos Caminos; a Mexican restaurant. It was superb; the meal and the service. They had the best guacamole I’ve ever had by a long shot.

We then moseyed on over to Le Bain at The Standard. This place was upscale and had a chill vibe. They even had a jacuzzi on the top floor. We ordered a few drinks and relaxed on their rooftop for a little as we took in the sights of Downtown Manhattan. I recommend the drink, “Mona Lisa,” which tasted like a loaded mimosa.

Now, let’s get to the exciting part…..

I can finally say I’ve checked riding in a helicopter over New York City off my bucket list. But wait, it gets better… A helicopter with NO DOORS. I was scrolling through the explore page on Instagram one day and I came across FlyNYON: a one of a kind aerial experience from an open door helicopter. I immediately thought, “We need to do this!” Boy am I glad we did. It was the most thrilling experience of my life, our lives.
